Responsibilities

Provide training on ongoing basis to the team,

Evaluate existing training effectiveness,

Identify training needs and address gaps,

Design, deliver & implement training programs / modules for mortgage application process,

Create training reports and manuals.
Skill set
-
Experience in training a team of 8-10 people,
-
Experienced in preparing training reports and manuals,
-
Should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office,
-
Should be familiar with mortgage terminology.
Soft skills:
-
Communication skill: should be able to communicate well within the organization,
-
Coaching skill: should be able to mentor and coach the team and provide them requisite training,
-
Self-starter,
-
Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure.
Experience
-
At least 2 years of BPO experience,
-
At least 1 year of experience in training data process in US mortgages.
