Achievements Mainstay was named as the
‘Highest Rated Call Center’ according to one of our clients among their many
‘Near shore’ and ‘Off shore’ centers. All the processes have surpassed SLA’s and KPI’s defined by our clients resulting
in repeat business from every client. We have grown from 20 seats to 250
seats in a matter of Two years. All our processes started with Pilots and
have grown to full-fledged support services, which include Technical Support, Customer Support, email and Chat.
Mainstay’s proudest moment
was when one of our customers received the PC Pro award for the best
Technical support amongst all other ISP’s.
